Can't install Apple USB Ethernet adapter drivers on windows 10

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get my Apple USB Ethernet adapter to work on my PC running Windows 10 using a little trick since Apple designated it to only work on Apple MacBook computers

I found online a tweaked driver but it doesn't work with windows 10 because of the driver signature protection. Here's the message I get
